We process your data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box provided in each form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to privacy@theloop.foundation. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

We only collect the information you enter in our forms: name, email address, profile, city and availability for the workshop waitlist; name, email address, organisation and message for partnership requests. We also record the timestamp of your consent.
Deletion of your data is carried out manually on request, and during periodic reviews. We have not put an automatic purge in place, and we prefer to say so honestly rather than promise a retention period the system does not enforce.
Your data is not shared with any third party. It is stored on Lovable Cloud infrastructure and accessible only to a small number of explicitly authorised people, whose identity is verified.
You can at any time request access, correction or deletion of your data. Write to privacy@theloop.foundation and state the purpose of your request.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
