Data controller

The data controller is currently Upscale SRL, a Belgian company. This will be updated as soon as the public interest foundation The Loop Foundation is incorporated.

Purposes of processing

We use your data only to:

• handle workshop registrations and contact you when a workshop opens near you,
• handle partnership requests and discuss them with you.

Data collected

We only collect the information you enter in our forms: name, email address, profile, city and availability for the workshop waitlist; name, email address, organisation and message for partnership requests. We also record the timestamp of your consent.

Retention

Deletion of your data is carried out manually on request, and during periodic reviews. We have not put an automatic purge in place, and we prefer to say so honestly rather than promise a retention period the system does not enforce.

Sharing with third parties

Your data is not shared with any third party. It is stored on Lovable Cloud infrastructure and accessible only to a small number of explicitly authorised people, whose identity is verified.

Your rights

You can at any time request access, correction or deletion of your data. Write to privacy@theloop.foundation and state the purpose of your request.

This site uses no audience measurement cookies, no advertising trackers and no third party analytics.
