The Loop Foundation

AI put building within reach. Not everyone's reach.

The Loop Foundation puts a proven method and an AI co-pilot in the hands of the people nobody is waiting for: people on the margins, small entrepreneurs, artisans, students. For free.

Artisans and small entrepreneurs

The problem

Building, selling, starting out has never taken so little. Yet guidance, networks and capital still belong to the same ecosystems. A generation splits in two. Those who learn to create, and those who watch.

An artisan who wants to make a living from a craft. Someone rebuilding a career. A student with an idea and no instructions. A small shopkeeper barely holding on. They do not need an incubator built for unicorns. They need a frame cut to their size.

Our mission

Empowering the AI Generation.

The AI generation is not only tech startups. It is also the artisan who wants to sell online, the student launching a first idea, the person reinventing themselves after a layoff, the small trader who needs to be found.

AI handed out superpowers. Designing a product, selling it, making it known, all of it is now possible with almost nothing. Our mission fits in one line. Put those superpowers, and the AI tools for creating, selling and marketing, into everyone's hands. Starting with the hands nobody equips.

What we do

We do not train. We do not incubate. We hand people a system to act on.

The Loop method, to turn an idea into a first real proof. An AI co-pilot that holds the momentum between two human sessions. And access to AI tools to design, sell and be found. Quality guidance that holds at scale, because it no longer depends on a rare, expensive mentor.

The method: a loop of six questions

No endless business plan. A loop you run as many times as it takes, until the idea stands up on its own.

Six questions to run in a loop until you find what holds.

  1. SIGNAL01

Spot a real need in the field, not an idea in the air.

  2. FRAME02

Frame the problem and choose what to test first.

  3. BUILD03

Make the smallest version that proves something.

  4. TEST04

Face real people, not a polite circle of friends.

  5. LEARN05

Draw the lesson. Keep, adjust or change.

  6. DECIDE06

Decide what comes next, with facts in hand.

Impact at the core, from the first loop.

Here, the social and environmental question is not a box to tick at the end. It sits inside the loop from the start. We build an activity that holds for the person, for their community, and for what surrounds them.

Maturity levels: M0 to M1 is the focus

The foundation works on the hardest step, the very first one.

M0, the idea.

An instinct, a craft, a drive. Nothing is proven yet.

M1, traction.

A first proof. A first customer. A first euro earned.

M2 and M3, going to market and scaling, come later. Our job is to get someone across the step that stops them from starting, then make them able to walk on alone.

Who this is for
  • Group of adults rebuilding their careers, working around a table
    People on the margins.

Jobseekers, career changers, lives knocked off course.

  • Baker at work in her bakehouse, hands on the dough
    Small entrepreneurs and artisans.

People who want to live from a craft and a skill.

  • Student entrepreneurs standing at their mini-company stall
    Students.

An idea, the energy, and the will to learn by doing.

  • Women entrepreneurs at work around a table, local workshop
    Entrepreneurship in emerging countries.

Our horizon, once the model is proven at home.

The difference with Lean Startup and the Business Model Canvas

Lean Startup and the Business Model Canvas are solid tools. But they were built for the tech startup chasing fast growth and a funding round. English vocabulary, scaling logic, business plan theatre.

For an artisan, a student or someone rebuilding a career, these frames are oversized and intimidating. People give up before they begin.

The Loop takes their intelligence and puts it back at the right scale. A loop of six human questions, no jargon, sized for a beginner, with impact built in from the start. We do not replace these tools. We make their logic reachable for the people they left on the platform. When a canvas or a lean test becomes useful, we bring it in, at the right moment, in the person's own language.

The path

Belgium to prove the model. The world to grow it.

We start in Wallonia and Brussels, with schools, municipalities and field operators. Once the model is proven, we open it to entrepreneurship in emerging countries. Adventure does not replace proof. It follows it.

The call

This is not a program to sponsor. It is an infrastructure to build, so the next generation learns to create, wherever they start from.

  • Join a workshop.
  • Propose a partnership (school, municipality, social inclusion operator).
  • Support the foundation.
